BCG wanted a social presence on LinkedIn and Instagram that felt cohesive without being heavy-handed. The brief was light branding that could spotlight their people and bring the stories already living on their blog into the feed in a way that felt native to the platform.
As part of the team at Clarke, I designed a modular template system in Figma built around three content pillars, each serving a different audience intent. Type hierarchy, color usage, and the relationship between photography and text were all considered as a system so posts could flex across topics without losing consistency. Templates went through review and approval with the BCG team before going live on bcg_life, running at 3 to 4 posts per week across both platforms.
The templates drove increased presence across both platforms, with stronger engagement in reactions and reposts on LinkedIn and Instagram. The system gave BCG a consistent publishing rhythm without requiring design input on every post, and the templates have remained in use since delivery.
