Parker's Room Training Lab is a Dallas nonprofit built to fill a real gap: nursing schools rarely prepare graduates for pediatric home health, and the stakes for getting it wrong are high. They train and certify nurses to care for medically fragile children, and have since expanded into a national partnership with First Place Pediatrics.

As part of the team at Clarke, I assisted in leading the web design and brand system, building out the Figma design system, component library, and full site across desktop and mobile. The work covered everything from the booking flow and class cards to the navigation, footer, and legal pages. The visual language needed to feel warm and credible at the same time, professional enough to be taken seriously by nursing schools and healthcare partners, without losing the human side of what the lab does.

The site launched recently, giving nurses a central place to find certifications, browse courses, and register directly. Before this, that process had no real digital home. The goal is straightforward: lower the barrier for nurses looking to specialize in pediatric home health and grow the lab's reach beyond Dallas.
