Stanley Access Technologies needed a better way to surface technical documentation for the architects, engineers, and facilities professionals using their platform. Spec sheets, CAD files, and installation manuals were buried deep in the product hierarchy, labeled with internal codes that meant nothing to external users, and sitting behind product pages built for marketing rather than utility.

Working in collaboration with 829 Studios, I led UX design across the engagement. The work included stakeholder interviews, competitive audits, and user journey mapping to identify where the experience was breaking down, then redesigned it across three surfaces: a proposed Architect's Corner in the global nav, updated product detail page templates, and a restructured technical resource library built around search and usability.

The strategy was approved and handed off for phased implementation. Stakeholder feedback pointed to stronger clarity across product pages and better alignment with how expert users actually work. The expected gains were faster asset access, reduced support requests, and higher engagement from the primary user groups post-launch.
